Custom Design

We welcome your ideas and we are constantly adding new designs and listings to our site. If you have an idea for something you don’t see listed on our website, please use the custom design page to let us know what you are looking for. We are more than happy to work with you and your design ideas.

Processing Time

Due to the nature of customized products, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. During peak seasons such as Christmas processing time may increase slightly. If you need something sooner please contact us and we may be able to work with you to expedite the process.

Copyrighted Material

Due to licensing laws we are not able to create custom designs of copyrighted or trademarked material, pictures, characters, or logos. Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of customized products, we are not able to accept returns. However, we take great measures to ensure you are happy with your design before production. If something is damaged or flawed in a way that differs from the design, we are happy to work with you to make it right.
